You will lead teams of up to 40 technicians, foster a positive and productive work environment, and act as a key link between site teams and management.You will be accountable for all WHS and quality requirements onsite, with regular reporting to the Project Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise teams of up to 40 techniciansProvide on-the-job training and mentoring to apprenticesPlan and manage the cabling work packages, schedule, budget,



and resourcesDirectly supervise labour to maximise efficiency and team moraleMonitor and schedule materials to ensure availability onsite when requiredManage and track variation requests, ensuring approvals are obtained prior to works commencingMaintain clear communication and reporting to the Project ManagerDaily client progress reporting through our internal platformEnsure daily site diaries are completed accuratelyReport design changes or program variations to the Project ManagerOversee maintenance and availability of plant and equipmentEnsure a strong safety culture and compliance with WH&S; requirementsAct as the communication channel between client, management and site teams when requiredSkills & ExperienceProven experience leading teams of up to 40 site staffMust have a minimum of 5 years of team leadership experienceQuick learner in respect to structured cabling design and topologiesStrong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyHighly organised, self-motivated, and results drivenAbility to make sound decisions under pressureDemonstrated leadership and team-motivating capabilitiesExperience working in Data Centre installationsExtensive experience in communications, cabling, or electrical environmentsNV1 ClearanceWhat You'll NeedACMA General Cabling Licence or Electrical Licence (preferred)White Card – OH&S; General Induction for Construction Work (NSW)Current, valid, unrestricted Australian Driver's LicenceMust have Australian work rightsAbility to complete police check and pre-employment medical.Why Choose Syndeticom?
