Unisys is seeking a Field Engineer in Sydney, Australia, to install, diagnose, maintain and service desktop PCs, printers, and peripherals at client locations.
You will provide remote and in office Level 2 and Level 3 IT support, addressing incidents and requests that the Service Desk cannot resolve.You will manage physical End User Equipment, work with Service Partners on infrastructure at client sites, and help deliver a high level of customer service during business hours.
