You will diagnose, service and repair customer vehicles and work with limited supervision.Key responsibilitiesDiagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment and road testsCarry out scheduled logbook services, including oil, filter and fluid changesDismantle, repair and reassemble engines, transmissions, clutches and differentialsRepair and replace brake, steering, suspension, cooling and exhaust systemsRepair or replace worn and faulty parts,



and test and adjust them after fittingInspect vehicles for roadworthiness and report on the work requiredExplain faults and repair options to customers and prepare job cards and parts listsKeep service records up to date and the workshop clean and safeAbout youCertificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, or an equivalent trade qualificationAt least 2 years of experience as a motor mechanic in a workshopSound fault-finding skills on a range of vehicle makes and modelsGood spoken and written English for dealing with customers and recordsYour own basic hand toolsAbout usTriple C Auto Group Pty Ltd is an automotive workshop in Woodridge, Queensland.
