Every vehicle that comes through the door is a one-off, built around how the customer actually uses it.The roleWe're looking for a SolidWorks designer to join us full time, on site in our factory.
You'll turn customer ideas into designs our fabricators can build, working a few meters from where they're being made.
You'll start alongside our current designer, who'll show you how we do things.Designing trays, canopies and fit-outs in SolidWorks,



mostly sheet metalProducing cut files and explicit workshop drawingsWorking with the owner on each design and with the fabricators on the floor as builds come togetherDesigning around different vehicles, layouts and customer requests on every jobAbout youYou understand how things are actually cut, folded and welded, not just how they look on screenComfortable going from a rough brief to a finished design without a template to followNo engineering degree needed; a trade or fabrication background is welcomeAn interest in 4WDs and touring is a big plus, but not essentialWhat's on offer$80,000 to $95,000 plus super, depending on experienceFull-time, Monday to Friday, in our Campbellfield factoryHands-on training with our current designerVaried work: you'll see your designs built and driving out the door within weeks
