Your fluency in Mandarin will be invaluable in communicating with our Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring they receive personalised care and feel heard throughout their healthcare journey.Key responsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to aged care clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, catheter care and health monitoringConduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualised care plans in consultation with clients and healthcare teamsCommunicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients to understand their health needs, preferences and concernsPerform vital sign monitoring and report any changes in client condition to relevant healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and client health recordsSupport clients with activities of daily living and provide person-centred aged careCollaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care deliveryIdentify and respond to safeguarding concerns in accordance with organisational policies and relevant legislationPromote client independence, dignity and wellbeing at all timesAdhere to infection control and health and safety protocols within home environmentsAbout youCurrent registration with the Nursing as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled NurseFluency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken)
