Pioneer combines strong agricultural heritage with a focus on innovation, customer relationships and long-term growth.About the roleThis newly created role will lead Pioneer's events and social media program, connecting growers, industry influencers, and customers across Australia.Based in our Brisbane Support Office, you'll manage projects from strategy and concept through to execution, delivering engaging experiences and content that drive measurable results.You'll be part of a high-performing marketing team, working closely with colleagues across Australia and New Zealand.
A genuine passion for agriculture is a big plus, along with a desire to build authentic connections, celebrate customer success, and create memorable experiences that bring people together online and in person.Key responsibilitiesLead national conferences, regional crop forums, regional events, field walks and industry activationsManage event strategy, budgets, suppliers,



logistics and on-site deliveryCreate, capture and publish engaging social media content, including photography, short-form video and written contentManage external agencies, content partners and industry relationshipsMeasure event and social media performance, using insights to improve engagement and return on investmentCoach and support the Marketing Support Officer in event delivery and executionAbout youYou're a proactive, organised marketer who combines strong event management skills with hands‐on content creation and a commercial mindset.You'll bring:At least five years' relevant experience in events, marketing, communications or a related fieldProven experience delivering complex events from planning through to executionStrong project management, budgeting and stakeholder management skillsExperience creating and managing social media content, scheduling and analyticsExcellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience in agriculture, rural industries or B2B marketing (desirable)Why GenTech SeedsCompetitive salary package based on experienceCompany incentive bonus and annual remuneration reviewsOngoing training, career development and support from experienced leaders
