Now it needs someone to lead the program staff.Emu Gully Tamborine opened its gates a year ago.
Since then we've had plenty of participants through the door and more to come in ****.
We are growing fast, and we need an experienced outdoor leader to manage the program staff and build this site from the ground up.Who we areEmu Gully Adventure Education is a not-for-profit with one mission: Shaping Outstanding Australians.
We run outdoor education programs for schools across our Helidon and Tamborine sites.
Every program we run is about character, resilience and teamwork, and we want every participant to have the Best Camp Ever.Program Management RoleManaging program delivery.
You'll make sure every program is safe, high quality and aligns to the Emu Gully mission and education philosophyAdministrative tasks.
Create and manage rosters and planners and HR and communication platforms.Coach staff.
Lead a staff who continue to develop themselves and their skills.Owning safety without killing the adventure.
You'll keep risk assessments, checks and training sharp so your team can focus on the adventure.Turning feedback into better camps.
