They're seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to drive performance at a premium residential community in Melbourne.
This is a chance to get into one of the fastest-growing sectors in Australian property and play a key part in its success.The roleReporting to the General Manager, you'll own day-to-day operations and work closely with the in office facilities, marketing and resident experience teams.Your focus will be:Driving occupancy and rental income in line with budget and leasing strategyConducting tours, open homes and private inspections that showcase the BTR lifestyleManaging enquiries, applications, screening and lease documentationRunning the renewal program and recommending rent and incentive strategiesMonitoring competitor activity and market trends and reporting insights to the GMCompleting condition reports, bond lodgements and refunds,



and arrears managementPreparing monthly leasing reports and contributing to budgetingRepresenting the property at VCAT when requiredBuilding a strong online presence and positive Google reviewsAbout youAgent's Representative or Full Real Estate Licence (Victoria) – essentialMinimum 3 years' experience in property managementStrong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and compliance requirementsCommercially minded, comfortable with budgets, occupancy and revenue targets (will have training and support)Confident with CRM and property management systems and strong on detailPolished presentation and a genuine customer-first approachCurrent driver's licence - Parking onsiteWhat's on offerSalary package up to $120K + BonusNo landlords – one owner, one building, one focusDedicated on-site facilities managers handle all maintenance – no sourcing quotes, no chasing external tradesA modern, premium property you'll be proud to showCollaborative on-site team with strong support from senior leadershipEntry into the Build to Rent sector, with genuine career growth as the platform expandsIf you're ready to take the next step in your property management career we would love to chat with you.
