Working closely with business, technology and delivery teams, you will bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex work by leading discovery, eliciting and documenting requirements, improving processes, and translating business needs into actionable delivery outcomes.This role suits an experienced, pragmatic and delivery-focused analyst who can build trusted stakeholder relationships, challenge assumptions,



manage competing priorities and help deliver meaningful value for customers, colleagues and the Bank.If that excites you, this just might be your dream job:Leading business analysis activities from discovery through implementation across a diverse portfolio of business and technology change initiativesPartnering with business, product, technology, operations and risk stakeholders to understand objectives, customer needs and operational challengesFacilitating workshops, interviews and analysis activities to define business requirements and solution outcomesEliciting, analysing, documenting and managing business, functional, process and data requirementsAnalysing current and future state processes to identify opportunities for optimisation, automation and improved customer outcomesDefining business rules, decisioning requirements and operational controlsDeveloping user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting analysis artefacts to enable deliveryWorking with Product Owners, architects, engineers and delivery teams to assess solution options and support design decisionsAssessing business impacts, dependencies, risks and implementation considerationsSupporting testing, implementation, change readiness and adoption activitiesMaintaining traceability between objectives, requirements, solutions and delivered outcomesContributing to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices, standards and capability across JudoMentoring and supporting less experienced analysts where requiredQualificationsYou'll likely bring:Five or more years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Lead Business Analyst in complex business and technology delivery environmentsA strong understanding of banking products, customer journeys, operational processes and regulatory obligationsDemonstrated experience delivering business and technology change across financial services, banking transformation or related environmentsExperience working in Agile delivery environments with Product Owners,
