Working closely with the Director, strata managers and administration team, you'll take ownership of key compliance processes while helping keep buildings safe, compliant and running smoothly.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for managing a range of essential building compliance requirements, including:Coordinating end-to-end Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) processes and submissionsManaging window lock inspections, rectifications and follow-upsOverseeing swimming pool certificate renewals and associated rectification worksCoordinating lift registration renewals and other lift-related compliance mattersManaging compliance reporting, including CWF and WHS reportsCoordinating outstanding lift 4G upgrade requirements through to completionLiaising with contractors, service providers and relevant stakeholdersSupporting strata managers and the administration team with compliance-related notices and documentationMonitoring deadlines, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance matters are followed throughLooking to take your strata experience in a new direction?
