Walcha Council is seeking a senior leader to take water, waste and urban services from reactive to strategic.
You will report directly to the Director of Infrastructure & Development, lead three coordinators, and build asset management and forward planning the function has never had.You will develop long-term plans, prepare statutory reports and business cases, manage budgets and tenders, and represent Council on infrastructure matters with senior leadership and Councillors.
