The Role
As an integral member of the People & Culture team, you will:
Provide ER/IR advice on complex workplace matters including performance, grievances, discrimination, harassment, and policy interpretationSupport enterprise agreement negotiations and union consultationsDraft and review HR/IR policies,



employment documentation and frameworksCollaborate with key stakeholders on people-related initiatives and change programsMonitor legislative changes and ensure organisational complianceWork in alignment with organisational values and a strong community-oriented mission
About You
The successful candidate is a confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills, able to balance empathy and objectivity in sensitive situations.
They will thrive in environments where collaboration and professional integrity are key.
You will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, Law, or related disciplineProven experience in an ER/IR advisory roleStrong understanding of the Fair Work Act, enterprise agreements, and award interpretationExperience in union negotiation and enterprise bargaining preferredA proactive, consultative approach and high attention to detailA commitment to working in alignment with the values of a purpose-led organisation
