We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Fabrication Team Leader to lead our fabrication team and help drive quality, efficiency and continuous improvement across the business.This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the tools, supporting their team and taking ownership of their work area.About the roleAs our Fabrication Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of the fabrication team while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.You will work closely with the Production Manager and other Team Leaders to manage workflow, solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement.Key responsibilitiesLead and support the fabrication team on a day-to-day basisPlan and coordinate workflow to meet production requirementsRemain hands‐on and assist with fabrication when requiredEnsure work is completed safely and to a high standardMonitor quality throughout the fabrication processIdentify and resolve issues that may impact productionSupport, train and develop team membersMaintain 5S standards and a clean, organised and efficient work areaWork with other departments to improve workflow across the factoryParticipate in and drive Lean and continuous improvement activitiesIdentify waste and implement practical improvements within the fabrication areaCommunicate issues,
