EOI HR and IR Advisors for the Snowy 2.0 Project
Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) is delivering one of Australia's most iconic renewable energy projects — and we're looking for HR and IR Advisors who can thrive in a remote, alpine environment where conditions are cold, quick‐moving, and full of challenges.
Based on Snowy 2.0 construction sites, you'll support leaders, employees, subcontractors, and unions across a wide range of HR and industrial relations matters.
This is a hands‐on role where your advice, judgement, and resilience will make a real impact.




You will:
Provide HR/IR advice across Awards, EAs and legislationSupport performance, conduct, investigations, and dispute resolutionManage union engagement and respond to industrial issuesCoordinate subcontractor compliance and mobilisationDeliver training and contribute to culture and workforce initiativesWork on a 14/7 DIDO/FIFO roster
You bring:
HR/IR experience (construction preferred)Strong communication and problem‐solving skillsConfidence working across all workforce levelsThe resilience to work in cold, remote, logistically challenging locations
