We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new Workforce Management and Field Service system, including time and attendance, across our Australian and New Zealand operations.
Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will work closely with operational teams, IT stakeholders and system vendors to translate business needs into practical solutions and improved ways of working.What You'll DoGather, analyse and document business and system requirementsMap current and future state processesSupport system configuration, solution design and reporting requirementsCoordinate and play active role in user acceptance, integration and performance testingAssist with data migration,



validation and reconciliationDevelop user guides, training materials and process documentation alongside the training teamSupport implementation, go live activities and post launch adoptionBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across the businessAbout YouExperience supporting system implementation or transformation projectsStrong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skillsKnowledge of waterfall and agile project environmentsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsIntermediate to advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, data validation and reconciliationExperience with data migration, testing and system configurationThe confidence to support training and guide users through changeExperience with workforce management, field service or time and attendance systems will be highly regarded.This role will involve travel across Australia and New Zealand to support training, implementation and go live activities.Join Green by Nature and play a key role in delivering a system that will improve how more than 2,300 employees work every day.
