Metcash Limited is seeking a Payroll Compliance & Project Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term position.
You will analyse payroll data, support compliance projects, and perform reconciliations across Chris21 and SuccessFactors in a high-volume setting.You will contribute to ad hoc Chris21 projects, assist with backpay after Enterprise Agreement renegotiations, and prepare data for acquisitions.
A strong analytical mindset and stakeholder collaboration are essential.
