You will secure and manage capital across development and construction entities, reporting to the CEO with a dotted line to Group Finance.You will lead funding strategy, debt facilities, equity/JV capital, intercompany funding, and treasury; build models (IRR, waterfalls) and oversee WIP, claims, tax compliance, and board reporting.
