Infinite Care is seeking a Personal Carer & Engagement Worker (PCEWs) at Windsor care home in Victoria to work with nursing and resident engagement teams in delivering compassionate, resident-centric care across AM and PM shifts.Ideal candidates have 1+ year aged care experience, robust communication, empathy, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.
Certifications such as First Aid/CPR and NDIS screening are essential, with Certificate IV/III preferred.
