Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Welcome customers and make every display-centre visit countQualify enquiries and manage leads, appointments and follow-ups in SalesforceBring our designs, inclusions and building journey to lifeKeep customers informed across phone, email and other channelsSupport the sales team and keep display homes looking their best
What we're looking for




Availability to work weekends and public holidaysSales support or customer service experience; property or building experience is a bonusA passion for new homes and a natural ability to build relationshipsConfidence with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; industry systems experience is advantageousA proactive, organised approach in a fast-paced workplace
Qualifications and experience
Current driver's licenceCurrent Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration, or a higher relevant real estate licence (preferred)Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
