Delivering unique and bespoke event experiences.The RoleThis is a hands-on position responsible for delivering seamless front-of-house service at events.
Key responsibilities include:Leading and supervising wait staff, including on-the-job trainingManaging food and beverage service during eventsLiaising with clients to ensure expectations are met and exceededMaintaining and enforcing food safety and service standardsContributing to the overall success and atmosphere of each eventAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality or catering (events experience highly regarded)Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesA skilled and client-focused approachFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as requiredCurrent RSA certification and a valid Australian driver's licenceHigh standards of personal presentation and attention to detailFlexible casual hours, with part-time opportunities for suitable candidatesCompetitive pay rates, including weekend and public holiday penaltiesTravel allowance for work across South-East QueenslandThe opportunity to work at a variety of unique and high-profile eventsA supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and development
