The Health Centre opened mid-**** and is a large facility.
It services approximately **** military personnel, including trainee officers from both ADFA and Royal Military College.
There is a 24-bed low dependency ward which operates 24/7.
Services provided include primary medical, aviation & underwater medical, nursing, dental, mental health, pharmaceutical and physiotherapy.
Defence Force Recruitment for medical officers is in addition to health centre roles.




Standard hours of operation are generally ********* Monday to Friday (depending on role requirements and specific craft groups required for weekend and on-call shifts).
What You'lldoProvide a range of evidence-based physiotherapy assessments, treatments and rehabilitative servicesWork with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries with a focus on functional rehabilitation and returning members to their work and exercise goals.Coordinate patient administration, records, and clinic operationsSupport multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective service deliveryEnsure compliance with Defence policies, procedures, and confidentiality standardsWhat You BringAt least 2 years' part-time or full-time equivalent post-graduate musculoskeletal experience within the last 5 yearsA current, unconditional registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRARecent engagement in Continuing Professional Development activities aligned with AHPRA guidelinesA current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (HLTAID009)Membership with the Australian Physiotherapy Association (preferred)Australian Citizenship required for Baseline Security ClearanceWho We AreSerco supports governments by delivering essential services across defence, health, justice, maritime and community services.Through our partnership with Bupa, we provide integrated on-base healthcare to Australian Defence Force personnel across 45+ locations.
