As a Credit Support Officer, you'll work closely with our Credit team to keep applications moving, support brokers and customers, and ensure every deal progresses accurately and efficiently.

Since ****, we've supported more than 30,000 self employed Australians and we're just getting started.You'll be joining a collaborative and engaged team of 140+ people based in our Melbourne HQ - think onsite badminton courts, weekly fitness classes, end of trip facilities and sweeping 26th floor views.What You'll Be DoingSupport the Credit Assessment team by reviewing and validating supporting documentation.Manage current credit applications, valuations and data entry across multiple systems.Verify income, financial information and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.Follow up with brokers,



customers and third-party providers to obtain required information.Identify inconsistencies and help ensure applications meet company policies and compliance requirements.Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep deals progressing efficiently.Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the application and assessment process.Help maintain assessment turnaround times by ensuring information is accurate, complete and actioned promptly.About YouYou're organised, detail-focused and enjoy being the person who keeps things moving.
With at least two years' experience in administration or a similar support role, you're confident reviewing documentation, managing competing priorities and working across different systems.
You communicate clearly, build solid relationships and bring a customer-focused, team-oriented approach.
