You will provide frontline IT support in a Microsoft-centric setting, handling incidents and service requests with ServiceNow and collaborating with a high-performing team.Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, plus an active Australian Baseline Security Clearance and the ability to work onsite in Adelaide.
