We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers for casual positions in the Fraser Coast region, including Hervey Bay and Maryborough sites.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing high-quality, person-centred care and support.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
Providing personal care (e.g. showering, grooming, toileting)Assisting with domestic tasks (e.g. cleaning, laundry)Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition plansAssisting clients with community access and social activitiesProviding support at respite centresTravelling between client homes during your shift
What We Offer




$***** per hour plus penalties and allowancesPaid travel time between clientsReimbursement for kilometres travelled during shiftsFlexible weekday shifts (Monday to Friday only)Minimum requirement of 1-2 shifts per fortnightImmediate start available for the right candidatesChoice of long shifts (5-6 hours) or short shifts (3-4 hours), typically scheduled from morning to afternoon.
About You - Required Qualifications and Documents
Minimum 6 months to one year of paid experience in aged care or disability supportCertificate III/IV in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) or equivalentCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)National Police Check issued within the last 3 yearsCurrent First Aid and CPR CertificateCompletion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module: "Quality, Safety and You"Current Australian driver's licenceRegistered, insured, and roadworthy personal vehicleFull Australian working rights
