You will troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and POS-related issues, acting as the initial contact and guiding teams through resolutions.This role requires a calming, customer-first approach in a rapid-paced environment.
The position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement with growth opportunities, ongoing training, and exposure to iconic hospitality technology
