This is not a traditional videographer role.
This is not a slow corporate content position.
And it's definitely not a "just edit what we send you" type of job.What You'll Be Doing:Work directly with the founder to ideate, plan, film, and produce contentCreate short and long-form content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other organic channelsTurn raw ideas and moments into engaging, high-retention videosDevelop hooks, recurring formats, and content seriesFilm founder-led content that feels natural and on-brandEdit with strong pacing, storytelling, captions, and retention in mindCapture behind-the-scenes, team, office, and brand-building contentSupport client-side videography and editing when neededHelp maintain consistency and momentum across content outputSet up and manage cameras, lighting, audio, podcast, and studio equipmentTroubleshoot basic production hardware and tech issuesHelp organise filming gear, storage systems, editing setups, and production workflowsWhat We're Looking For:Robust understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and modern social contentStrong editing instincts for pacing, hooks, captions, and storytellingConfident filming and directing contentAbility to move fast without sacrificing qualityStrong creative taste and initiativeOrganised, proactive,
