This role is ideal for a qualified professional seeking meaningful, flexible work within a values-driven organisation.Key responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive case management and care planning.Assess and manage risk, including child protection, family violence, suicide ideation and self-harm.Conduct financial assessments in line with organisational procedures.Maintain accurate,



timely and confidential client documentation.Build strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers.Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.Bachelor of Social Work required.Demonstrated casework experience with individuals and families.Strong understanding of trauma-informed and strengths-based practice.Experience managing complex client risk and mandatory reporting obligations.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.Knowledge of relevant legislation and community resource.Experience in one or more of the following: mental health, disability, aged care, child & family services.Domestic & Family Violence experience.Russian or Hebrew language skills.Understanding and sensitivity of Jewish Culture and Values.Mandatory requirements:Working With Children Check.NDIS Worker Check.
