Our vision is simple: to be the private bank successful Australians recommend.We're seeking an experienced people leader to join our team as Team Manager, Associate Private Bankers, leading a high-performing team that supports our Private Bankers in delivering exceptional client outcomes.About the roleAs Team Manager, you will lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed team of Associate Private Bankers across Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia (QWASA), ensuring they deliver outstanding service and support to our High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.You will play a critical role in driving team performance, building capability and embedding a strong risk culture, while helping create exceptional client experiences.
As a member of the QWASA Leadership Team, you will also contribute to broader business strategy, partner with fellow Executive Managers and help drive the overall success of the region.Key responsibilities include:Lead and develop a high-performing team of Associate Private Bankers across QLD, SA and WACoach team members to strengthen their banking, lending, risk and client management capabilitiesDrive service excellence and support the delivery of exceptional outcomes for HNW and UHNW clientsManage workflow, capacity and prioritisation to ensure timely and quality executionFoster a culture of accountability,
