In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and supporting our field technicians, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and an outstanding customer experience.What will you be doing?
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of field technicians to achieve high performance and engagementPlanning and coordinating maintenance and repair activities to ensure efficient service deliveryManaging scheduling, administration, and operational processes to support daily business activitiesMonitoring inventory and materials to ensure jobs are completed effectively and on timeBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular site visits and engagementDriving a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvementContributing to customer satisfaction and helping to deliver exceptional service outcomesWhat are we looking for?
