The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, lead complex matters, mentor junior lawyers and help shape the future direction of the team.The practice advises on a broad range of family law matters including parenting disputes, property settlements, financial agreements, divorce applications, child support matters and domestic violence proceedings.
Matters range from negotiated settlements through to complex, high-conflict disputes involving significant asset pools and multiple stakeholders.The RoleLead complex family law matters from commencement through to resolutionManage a diverse caseload across parenting, property and financial mattersAppear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, mediations and negotiationsProvide strategic advice across complex and high-value mattersDraft court documents, affidavits, applications,
