Help set the standard from day one.Programmed Facility Management is seeking experienced Line Chefs to join our team at a brand-new accommodation village in the Pilbara, supporting our client PLS.With capacity for up to 200 people, this is an exciting opportunity to join a new operation from the beginning and play a key role in delivering a high-quality dining experience for residents on site.This is a permanent full-time position on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, working 12-hour shifts across both day and night operations.The OpportunityAs a Line Chef, you will work as part of a high-performing kitchen team preparing and serving meals for a large FIFO workforce.
You will be responsible for maintaining quality, consistency and presentation across all meals while working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced camp environment.Your roster will include one week of day shift followed by one week of night shift, providing variety across your swing.This is a new kitchen and a new team, giving you the opportunity to be part of establishing strong standards, processes and culture from the outset.What You'll Be DoingPreparing and cooking meals to a high standard and in line with established menus and recipesWorking across breakfast, lunch and dinner services in a high-volume camp kitchenMaintaining food quality, presentation and consistencyFollowing food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirementsMaintaining a clean,
