You will lead a diverse team, drive commercial outcomes and ensure exceptional experiences for guests while maintaining the highest operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the venueEnsure compliance with all liquor licensing, gaming, workplace health and safety, and legislative requirementsLead, support, coach and develop department leaders and team membersDeliver outstanding customer service standards throughout the venueManage labour costs through effective workforce planning and rosteringMonitor business performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitabilityOversee stock management, purchasing, supplier relationships and cost controlsImplement promotional and marketing initiatives to grow patronage and revenueManage customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectivelyRecruit, train and mentor employees to build high-performing teamsMaintain strong relationships with suppliers, regulators and key stakeholdersIdentify and report operational,
