You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects, providing accurate survey solutions from initial set‐out through to project completion.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Take ownership of survey delivery across active construction and infrastructure projectsPlan,



coordinate and execute survey activities from project commencement through to completionDeliver engineering set‐out and establish survey control for structural, civil and infrastructure worksComplete construction surveys including footings, slabs, columns, services, pavements and structural elementsEstablish, verify and maintain site control networks to ensure accuracy throughout project deliveryInterpret IFC drawings, engineering plans and specifications to support construction outcomesIdentify, investigate and resolve discrepancies between design documentation and site conditionsComplete as‐built surveys, monitoring surveys and deformation surveys where requiredPerform quality assurance checks to ensure survey outputs meet project tolerances, specifications and contractual requirementsProcess survey data and prepare accurate survey deliverables, including models and documentationCollaborate with engineers, project managers, site supervisors and subcontractors to resolve technical challengesUtilise modern surveying workflows including robotic total stations, GNSS, 3D scanning and UAV technologyProvide technical guidance and support to junior survey team members, contributing to capability development and knowledge sharingTravel to project sites across the Sydney Metropolitan region as requiredIdeal Candidate ProfileYou hold a relevant qualification in surveying and have demonstrated experience in Australian construction surveying.Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:Strong understanding of construction methodologies,



tolerances and QA processesExperience establishing and maintaining survey controlProficiency with Total Stations, GNSS equipment, AutoCAD, Magnet software, data transfer and field‐to‐finish workflowsExperience with 3D scanning and UAV workflows (desirable)Solid understanding of Australian standards and surveying best practiceAbility to work independently on site while maintaining accuracy under pressureAustralian working rightsYou are someone with a high level of attention to detail, strong technical accuracy, analytical thinking and spatial problem‐solving skills.
