With substantial investment, increasing reporting requirements and continued growth, the business is looking to hire a technically strong finance skilled to help establish and support a critical reporting function.The OpportunityReporting directly to the Financial Controller, this newly created role will provide significant exposure to executive leadership, international finance stakeholders and complex group reporting requirements.Leading quarterly and annual group consolidation processesPreparing consolidation schedules and reporting packsManaging month-end and year-end reporting activitiesSupporting annual audit requirements and external stakeholder queriesApplying IFRS accounting standards across technical reporting mattersBuilding relationships with international finance teams and senior stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and controlsSupporting technical accounting and statutory reporting requirementsThis role will suit someone who enjoys technical accounting, ownership and stakeholder engagement,



while wanting broader exposure than a traditional Senior Financial Accountant position.About YouTo be successful, you will bring:CA qualified (or CPA with strong technical reporting experience)Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and consolidationsStrong IFRS and technical accounting knowledgeExperience supporting external auditsAdvanced Excel capabilityStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive and hands-on approachMining, resources, energy or other asset-intensive industry experience will be highly regarded.Prior exposure to international reporting structures or group consolidations will also be viewed favourably.What's On Offer?
