Protech is seeking experienced and reliable Duct Installers to join a brand-new EBA construction project based in St Lucia, QLD ****.
This project offerstop-tier EBA pay rates, site allowances, and the opportunity to work with a leading HVAC team.
We also encourage applications from:Mechanical Plumbers, Refrigeration Mechanics, and other experienced HVAC trades.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Immediate starts with additional projects kicking off over the coming months$*****/hr(EBA Project)Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pmOvertime penalties and site allowances applyWeekly payCasual roles with opportunities to transition into permanent positions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation of Duct Work, vents, grilles, and insulation according to blueprints and specificationsInstallation of Air Conditioning units for commercial sitesMeasure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand and power toolsInstall spiral, square, and rectangular ducts in accordance with Australian StandardsAbility to perform installations, maintenance,



and repairs of HVAC systemsRead and interpret plans and specificationsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
TICKETS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Possess all mandatory industry licensesEWP, Working at Heights, Scissor Lift, Forklift tickets are advantageous but not requiredClear written and verbal communication skills1+ year of demonstrated commercial HVAC experienceHave an ability to navigate, understand and troubleshoot an array of HVAC systems
