Its integrated development and construction model provides the opportunity to work closely with the broader project team, with a focus on quality delivery, collaboration and strong project outcomes.This is an opportunity to take ownership of site operations on a $30M-$35M development, working alongside an established team within a business with a solid pipeline of work and long-term opportunities ahead.The RoleReporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day site delivery of the Prospect development, taking responsibility for construction programme, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality and site performance from commencement through to completion.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and coordinating all in office construction activities across a multi-storey developmentManaging subcontractors,



trades and suppliers to maintain productivity and performanceDriving construction programmes, sequencing and key project milestonesOverseeing site logistics, resource allocation and short-term planningMaintaining high standards of WHS, quality assurance and complianceCoordinating site meetings, inspections and subcontractor activitiesWorking collaboratively with the Project Manager and broader construction teamLiaising with consultants, clients and key project stakeholdersIdentifying construction risks and resolving site issues proactivelyOverseeing defects, commissioning and the successful handover of the projectThe Like MindYou are an experienced Site Manager with a background in commercial or multi-storey construction.
Confident leading subcontractors and coordinating complex site activities, you take ownership of programme, safety and quality while maintaining a proactive, solutions-focused approach.You will ideally bring:Proven Site Management experience within commercial, residential or mixed-use constructionExperience delivering multi-storey projects of comparable scale and complexityStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing and programmingConfidence leading subcontractors, trades and site activitiesA relevant trade background, ideally in CarpentryA strong understanding of WHS, quality assurance and complianceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA highly organised, accountable and solutions-focused approachA track record of delivering projects safely, on programme and to a high standard
