APAC FM is recruiting an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join one of Australia's leading multi-disciplinary HVAC businesses in Brisbane.

Day-to-day responsibilities
Service, maintenance, repairs and upgrades across a variety of commercial HVAC systems
Attend breakdowns and diagnose faults
Quote repairs, replacements and system upgrades
Electrical fault finding and rectification
Participate in an on-call roster
Complete detailed service reports and documentation
Maintain high safety and compliance standards
Communicate with clients and provide practical technical solutions
Experience across refrigeration and/or Building Management Systems (BMS) would be highly regarded.
What you'll need
A genuinely positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team-oriented team
Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Refrigerant Handling Licence
Restricted Electrical Licence
Relevant QBCC licence
Current Australian driver's licence
Ability to complete required medical and police checks
Strong fault-finding and service experience
