WorkPac is seeking an experienced Property Inspector to conduct routine inspections across a range of residential properties in Western Australia.
You will assess property conditions and prepare detailed Property Condition Reports (PCRs) for landlords and property managers.Travel between properties will be required, and a company pool vehicle is provided.
You will liaise with tenants, coordinate access, and ensure reports are completed accurately and on schedule.
