They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a contract basis.You will be responsible for the delivery on either a $4m commercial project, you'll (sic) will be responsible for safe, efficient, and accurate supervision of trades and sub-contractors on site to achieve project milestones.You'll be expected to manage quality, ensure that programme is being delivered to time and to the correct cost, you'll be managing all logistics and on site programme.Candidates need to have experience successfully delivering projects of this magnitude from inception to completion.




Projects they work on are live site environments.Qualifications and Requirements:Trade or building related QualificationMinimum 5 to 10yrs years' experience in site supervision of construction projects including planning, programming and management of onsite staff / subcontractorsConstruction Safety Induction (White) cardSenior First Aid CertificateSound knowledge of legislation, regulations and standards relating to building sitesProven ability to lead and motivate subcontractorsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read and understand construction drawings and specificationsProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelThis is a permanent full-time position providing a great opportunity to work with a successful and growing organisation who offer challenging work and genuine potential for career progression.
