Your responsibilities
Following account opening processes
Handling clients' deposits and withdrawals to ensure timely processes
Responding promptly to any queries that the clients have on the website's live chat, over email or phone
Answering any inbound phone calls, identify customer's needs and directing the query accordingly
Maintaining a friendly, professional and helpful attitude towards customers at all times
Requirements for the role
At least 3years of experience in CFD and margin FX sectorwith 1 yearin an equivalent Supervisor role




An understanding of foreign exchange, commodities, options and money market financial transactions
Outstanding attention to details
Decision making skills in a fast-paced work environment
A Can-do attitude from a team player
Willingness to actively gain product and systems knowledge
Professional communication and phone skills
Excellent adaptation to changes and unexpected events
Trading background and confidence in using MT4 platform and MetaQuotes suite of apps
