We operate across multiple sites and states delivering services including packaging, product destruction, candles, 3PL, Return and Earn sites, RVM Cleaning services and programs.We support people to develop skills, confidence, and independence through real work in a supported employment environment.About the RoleAs a Support Worker in Employment, you will work alongside supported employees in a warehouse-based workplace, helping them learn, grow, and succeed in real work activities.You will provide hands-on coaching, encouragement, and guidance while ensuring tasks such as packaging and product destruction are completed safely and to standard.
This role is as much about people support, wellbeing, and confidence-building as it is about daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on support to employees in packaging, cleaning, and warehouse activitiesCoach, guide,



and encourage employees to build skills and independence at workSupport safe and inclusive participation in daily work tasksFollow individual support needs and promote dignity, choice, and wellbeingMonitor safety, risks, and WHS requirements in the workplaceComplete documentation including ESP records, incident reports, and support notesSupport onboarding, training, and daily engagement of employeesWork collaboratively with supervisors and employment coordinatorsAbout YouYou are a caring, patient, and practical person who enjoys supporting others to learn and succeed in a work environment.You will have:Experience in disability support, employment support, or warehouse environmentsA person-centred, supportive, and encouraging approachStrong communication and ability to follow support plansUnderstanding of WHS and safe work practicesAbility to support people with diverse abilities in a workplace settingFirst Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Basic computer skills for documentation and reportingWhy Join UsMake a real impact in a purpose-driven organisation
