We are currently seeking a driven Associate Territory Manager to join our Foot & Ankle team in Perth, Western Australia.
This is an ideal opportunity for junior sales professionals, healthcare practitioners, or allied health professionals looking to transition into the medical device industry, with hands‐on exposure to orthopaedic surgery, operating theatres, and innovative technologies that help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love.Foot & Ankle is one of the fastest-evolving areas within orthopaedics, encompassing trauma, reconstruction, deformity correction, sports-related injuries, and advanced surgical solutions.
Working alongside leading orthopaedic surgeons, you'll play a key role in supporting procedures that can have a life-changing impact on patients' mobility and quality of life.No prior medical device sales experience is required.
We're looking for high-potential individuals with strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and a desire to build a long-term career in MedTech.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth and increase market share across Stryker's market-leading Foot & Ankle portfolioBuild strong relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital stakeholdersProvide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons and theatre teams during proceduresDeliver product demonstrations, education,
