The role involves leading a dynamic, child-centered program and taking ownership of rosters, operations, and admin tasks.The position is part-time with split shifts (7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm, Monday to Friday) and opportunities for paid training, with robust support from regional management to develop leadership skills.
