You will handle a wide variety of cases, representing both public and private sector clients in industries such as construction, mining, healthcare, property, retail, hospitality, and finance.
Your key responsibilities will include:Handling corporate and regulatory disputes, including shareholder issues and ACL mattersManaging general contractual disputesAddressing defamation claimsConducting investigations and managing regulatory authority prosecutionsHandling medical negligence claimsIn this role, you will provide top-tier legal advice, conduct defenses,
