Novotel Perth Murray Street is seeking a part time Reservations Agent to join our team, 24 hours per week.
You will be the first point of guest contact, handling individual and group reservations and ensuring a smooth start to every stay.Knowledge of OPERA PMS and a customer-focused, detail-oriented approach are essential.
Experience with groups is advantageous; excellent communication and multitasking are required in this dynamic hotel environment.
