Cloudbeds, a fully remote hotel tech leader, is seeking an APAC Customer Support Manager to lead a team of Support Leads.
You'll bring hotel operations experience to escalations, coach staff, and make process decisions that minimize downtime for properties worldwide.You'll own support metrics, drive CSAT/NPS, and partner with Product and Engineering to scale service quality.
Fluent English and Spanish required; Portuguese a plus.
