We have an amazing portfolio of world class destinations, businesses, luxury properties and products.Mulpha is seeking an experienced Talent & People Lead to deliver an exceptional hiring and new starter experience across our diverse portfolio of businesses.Working closely with leaders and the broader People & Culture team, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through to accepted offer, onboarding and probation completion.
You will also play a key role in strengthening Mulpha's employer brand, developing our employee value proposition and supporting leader adoption of our new applicant tracking system.This is a broad, hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys combining recruitment delivery, employee onboarding with employer branding and process improvement.Key responsibilities will include but not limited toManage end-to-end recruitment from approved vacancy through to accepted offerPartner with leaders on role requirements, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews and candidate selectionPrepare employment contracts, offer documentation and new starter correspondenceMaintain active talent pipelines and deliver a positive,
