Store Manager / Senior Jewellery Sales Consultant$70,000 – $75,000 per year + annual bonusStore Manager / Senior Jewellery Sales ConsultantLatitude Jewellers is looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager / Senior Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our Subiaco store.We are looking for someone who genuinely loves jewellery, enjoys meeting people, understands the luxury retail experience and knows how to build strong and lasting relationships with clients.You may already be an experienced Store Manager, or you may be a highly experienced jewellery sales professional who is ready to take the next step in your career.The RoleThis is a hands‐on position combining store management, luxury jewellery sales, client relationships and business development.You will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every client while helping us grow the Latitude brand and client base in Subiaco and the wider Perth community.Your responsibilities will include:Managing the day-to-day operation of the Subiaco storeLeading by example on the sales floorAchieving individual and store sales targetsBuilding genuine, long-term relationships with clientsUnderstanding the complete jewellery selling process, from the initial conversation through to closing the sale and after‐sales serviceAssisting clients with diamonds, pearls, precious gemstones and fine jewelleryReceiving jewellery for repairs and confidently carrying out an initial inspectionIdentifying common jewellery repair requirements and accurately recording information for our jewellersAssisting clients with custom jewellery enquiries and working with our jewellery designers and workshopFollowing up client enquiries, quotes and potential salesMaintaining beautiful store and jewellery presentationManaging stock,



security and general store proceduresSupporting and motivating the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and strong sales resultsAttending networking, community and business events as a representative of Latitude JewellersBuilding connections within the Subiaco and wider Perth community and introducing new clients to the Latitude brandAbout YouWe are particularly interested in someone with previous experience in fine jewellery, luxury jewellery or high‐end jewellery sales.You will ideally have:A genuine understanding of jewellery and jewellery constructionExperience assessing jewellery presented for repairConfidence discussing diamonds, gemstones, precious metals and jewellery with clientsA proven ability to sell high-value piecesExcellent communication and relationship‐building skillsProfessional and polished presentationStrong attention to detailThe confidence to lead a small teamA proactive approach to sales and client follow‐upConfidence attending business, social and networking events as a representative of Latitude JewellersAn outgoing nature and genuine enjoyment of meeting people and developing new relationshipsPrevious store management experience is highly regarded but is not essential for the right senior jewellery salesperson.About Latitude JewellersLatitude Jewellers is a Western Australian jewellery business known for beautiful Australian pearls, diamonds, coloured gemstones, custom jewellery and unique designs.Our Subiaco store is an exciting recent chapter for Latitude, bringing the personal service, creativity and jewellery experience we are known for to the Perth market.We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our business and help us build lasting relationships within the Subiaco and wider Perth community.
