on programme and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day site managementManaging subcontractors and suppliersCoordinating trades and resourcesMonitoring programme and qualityLiaising with councils, engineers, surveyors and inspectorsMaintaining site documentation and reportingRegular use of ProcoreWhat We're Looking For7+ years' Site Management experienceStrong residential construction backgroundExperience delivering multi-unit or large-scale housing projectsAbility to build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and council representativesStrong communication and leadership capabilityProactive, solutions-focused approachCarpentry trade background (Desirable)
