Machine Operator - Timber Pallet ManufacturingCMTP is looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our growing Clontarf Site.This isn't a general labouring role, we're looking for a mechanically minded person who enjoys operating machinery, solving problems, achieving production targets and continuously improving the way things are done.You'll operate semi-automated timber pallet manufacturing equipment, complete machine changeovers, maintain quality standards and help keep production running safely and efficiently.What You'll Do:Operate semi-automated manufacturing equipmentComplete machine setups and product changeoversTroubleshoot minor machine issuesPerform routine operator maintenanceMonitor product quality and production performanceContribute to safety and continuous improvement initiativesAbout you:Experience operating manufacturing or production machineryStrong mechanical aptitudeA commitment to safety and qualityA reliable work ethic and positive attitudeHighly regarded:Experience with automated production equipmentMachine changeovers and setup adjustmentsExperience in timber manufacturing or similar industryWhy CMTP?
